Terms and Conditions
Every Tylabs Media project is delivered according to the agreed package, written scope and information supplied by the customer. These terms explain the practical responsibilities of both parties.
01
About these terms
These terms apply to website design, WooCommerce and related services supplied by Tylabs Media. The agreed package, written messages, invoice or project confirmation may contain additional project-specific details. Contact hello@tylabsmedia.co.uk before ordering if any requirement is unclear.
02
Project scope
The service includes only the pages, features, revisions and deliverables expressly agreed before or during the project. Ecommerce, booking systems, memberships, integrations and custom functionality are not included unless specifically confirmed.
03
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate business details, instructions and timely feedback.
- Supply or approve final wording, images, logos and other content where required.
- Confirm that supplied content can lawfully be used.
- Maintain suitable accounts and approvals for third-party services such as payment providers.
04
Payments
Prices and payment stages are confirmed before work begins. Work may be paused where an agreed payment is overdue. Third-party charges or services outside the agreed scope may require separate payment.
05
Revisions and additional work
Included revisions are limited to the amount stated in the selected package or written agreement. Requests that change the approved direction, add pages or introduce new functionality may be treated as additional work and priced separately.
06
Timescales and communication
Any delivery estimate depends on the agreed scope, customer responses, supplied content and third-party services. We aim to communicate clearly, but dates may change where information, approval or access is delayed.
07
Domains, hosting and business email
Where included, first-year hosting, an available domain and business email are supplied for the stated initial period. Availability is not guaranteed until registration is complete. Renewal arrangements and costs should be confirmed before the included period ends.
08
WordPress access and ownership
Customers receive agreed website access after completion and payment. Rights in customer-supplied content remain with the customer or relevant owner. Third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts and services remain subject to their own licences and terms.
09
Third-party services
Website functionality may depend on hosting, WordPress, plugins, payment providers, email services or other third parties. Tylabs Media is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account decisions or failures outside our reasonable control.
10
Search visibility and performance
SEO foundations can improve how a website is understood and its ability to compete, but search platforms control indexing and rankings. Results vary according to competition, content, website history and changes made by search providers.
11
Cancellations, refunds and statutory rights
Cancellation or refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, work completed, agreed terms and any applicable consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12
Liability and appropriate use
The customer is responsible for reviewing the website, business claims, policies and legal compliance before launch and during operation. To the extent permitted by law, Tylabs Media is not responsible for indirect losses or matters outside the agreed service and reasonable control.
13
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated for future services. The version applying to an existing project is the version agreed for that project. Questions can be sent to hello@tylabsmedia.co.uk. Last updated: 11 June 2026.
